Order not processed after 5 days

Hello, I placed an order on the 25th november, for over 2300 pounds. I paid for 48 hour dpd, so it should have been delivered sunday, or monday latest. They've not even begun picking the order, and I've messaged oc yesterday at 2.30 but no response as of yet. On my invoice it says postage: not paid, yet I used a credit card and paid for 48 hour delivery. I have had confirmation via email of my successful order, but nothing is moving. This is ridiculous. Can anyone advise on what I should do?

I would pick up the phone. I know they are busy. They responded to a web note of mine within 48 hours which is fine I think.

You won’t get customer service via the GG forum…
