Order on-line and collect in person. With immediate effect you can now order your favourite hardware on-line and collect in person from our Stoke-on-Trent store. We'll even email you to advise the moment your order is ready to collect. Collections can be made from our Stoke-on-Trent shop during usual opening hours (Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm).

Please note - the card holder must collect the order and bring the same credit or debit card it was placed with together with one of the following types Photographic ID - Driving License (including provisional), Passport or Student's Union Card. For security reasons we will not release an order to a 3rd party.

This is still going guys, it is a nice way for a quicker process when coming to our store, just remember to wait for the second email to come through when it is ready for collection as it will be all ready on the side for you. :)

thats all well and good if you have that type of driving licence , but many still have the older paper licence with no photo . i do not even have a passport and have the older licence , so this means i cannot order this way ?

If you do not have photo ID, we would like to see at least two official documents with the card holders name and address on them, and we would need the card that it was paid with. Or you can just pay in store by cash/chip and pin, without ordering online.

Pretty sure bumping 2 year old threads to get your post count up is against the T&C and i hope they remove the posts you have from bumping two year old threads.
