Order problem...Mastercard

Currently trying to order from the site with my dads mastercard, he entered the correct securitycode but it doesnt accept the order :/ stating the payment process failed (just after entering the securitycode into the mastercard secure form). Not exactly sure why, has anyone else had a similar problem?

Store stuff isn't covered on the forums, suggest you either leave a webnote or call the shop

Generally the shop wont be able to help anyway if its failed on a cc check, thats what they have told me anyway in the past when mines failed. This applies anywhere, not just oc. It could be the delivery address doesnt match, not enough funds, just flagged as looking dodgy....., you will need to call the card provider to find out why.

Solved the issue, dont know exactly what it was but they are resetting the password for us so fingers crosses i can get the order through
