Hi everyone!
So I ordered a new monitor on the 30th November 2020 with DPD next day delivery.
I understand it has only been a couple of days, however when I check my "recent orders" it continues to say it hasn't been shipped nor dispatched - and I do not have access to any tracking information whatsoever.
Obviously, the delivery cost me roughly £10 on top of the price of the monitor, and it still says there are 10+ in stock on the website - so I doubt it's a stock issue. I have been on the phone for almost two hours, and haven't gotten through to anybody.
Could this be due to the pandemic? Even if so, I would've appreciated some sort of update. If anybody has any advice on what to do that would be kindly appreciated.
