Order received - not yet shipped

I placed an order on the 11th Nov for Saturday delivery (today) but I haven’t received any email regarding my order from OC. However the order status was changed to “Order received - not yet shipped”.

just wondering, is there a known issue at OC about this kind of thing due to COVID or something?

just find it strange how I’ve had 0 emails as well :confused::confused::confused:
 
My experience is normally its next day after ordering, but during the lockdown, I guess they are running with less staff, and it took about 4 days to ship my last order, which is to be expected with the situation imo
 
Ya same here. Placed an order with OCUK on Monday morning around 9am for next day delivery. Expecting it next day but didn’t receive the order till Thursday.

my order wasn’t posted till Wednesday basically. DPD did deliver it next day. Not the best “next day” services tbh. I guess it’s the lack of automated picking lines or an army of slave labour at your disposal. :)
 
I raised a query with them when this happened to me a week or two back.....both items I ordered said order within the next 6 hours for delivery tomorrow. I ordered at 7am and the items weren't dispatched until lunchtime the following day.

Not acceptable imo when you are being forced down the route of £9.90 next day DPD delivery.

OCUK did refund the postage fee though so can't complain too much. You should definitely have a moan though. Their delivery is not cheap, COVID or no COVID, if you cant deliver it next day, don't offer next day delivery! especially not at nearly 10 quid a pop with no royal mail option
 
Same issue here. Placed a couple of orders over the last few days all showing next day delivery but no notification from DPD that anything is on the way. Pretty disappointing when they have charged me £12 for next day delivery.

Anybody having problems logging into their account on the webstore? I had been able to log in just fine until about 4.30pm today now it says password is wrong but if I try to change the password I am told my email is not recognised! I know my password and email are fine so not sure what has gone on. I have messaged them on the PM section but no reply yet.

ignore that login issue my pc is confusing the autofill password with the webstore and forum :rolleyes::cool:
