Order received - processing payment

Hello.

Paid with PayPal yesterday evening. Stuck at "Order received - processing payment" since then. Money from PayPal is gone. Is there an issue? Was thinking that it would change to something like payment completed, awaiting dispatch after the money cleared.

Is this the first order or have you used the combination of account and payment method before? sometimes the first time you order additional security checks will be done.

Order status might not update overnight in some cases either.

Hello. Thank you for your reply. This is the first order ever on the account. By security checks do you mean that the seller just reviews some information or will I be forced to provide something?

Hopefully the order has started moving now, security checks vary you wouldn't normally be asked to provide anything additional unless there is a discrepancy.
