Hello, i have been attempting purchase items through OCUK via paypal or my card yet the payments have been getting declined. Within the my orders section the order status is "Order Declined - Payment Failed", although i received an email saying that the order has been received. No funds have been removed from either paypal or my bank account. I attempted multiple times and there are multiple declined orders within the my order section but i only received one email despite all the orders being declined.

So you haven't received the order. Your title is misleading. All you have received is order confirmation email. Which by itself doesn't mean much as if the payment wasn't taken so doubt they will dispatch it.
Either way call them and ask if you want.

I've had this. Tech companies like OCUK are a target for scammers. You need to speak to your bank or credit card company to verify that it really is you making the purchase.
