Order Saturday delivery Monday??

Today I had to order another CPU block and pump as I recieved an incorrect item and an incomparable item in my order today.

Both if those are being sorted with the RMA process.

When I ordered replacements today it had Monday as a delivery option. But the orders are still showing "Printed in our warehouse" and not shipped as I would have expected.

Do these guys do a buy Saturday, deliver MOnday service or was this just an error on the order page?

Think its if you order early on Saturday morning you can get it on Monday.

I think it might be Tuesday for you bud.

If it stated Monday delivery in the Order then thats what should happen with any luck.

From my experience it won't be Monday, it's something that should be fixed as it's misleading and caught me out a few times, especially when I was told it's now fixed!

TBH - I've not been totally impressed by the service so far. Spent over £450 in parts. Delayed a day because an item was out of stock and nobody decided to contact me until the next day. Then incorrect item came with order. Then... An incompatible item!! Even though I was advised it would be fine by a member of staff.

Then now... It looks like replacement parts I ordered now won't be here until Tuesday.

I also ordered parts from a smaller competitor with no issues and excellent communication!!
