Hi, I placed an order on Black Friday morning and made sure all parts were in stock. I haven't received an email mentioning when I can expect my order to start getting prepared or shipped and it's still not mentioning that my order is getting prepared on my order history page.
Does anyone know how long they usually take? Last time I ordered few years back it was rapid so just wondering if there is more wait time now to prepare orders or is it only happening to me?
