Order Status: COMPLETE

Hey, just a quick question.

How come it says:

"Order Status: COMPLETE"

Even though I still haven't recieved what I ordered? I'm a bit confused.

Ah right, I assume it'll get here tomorrow... I hope.

Yeah, I guessed that.

When I ordered on the Friday, I asked it specifically to be ordered on the Wednesday. Are the deliveries usually on time? Or do you think it might get delayed (I live in Scotland).
