Order Status: Not Paid Issue

I ordered a monitor last night which is out of stock but has an ETA to arrive on the 30th. However after ordering I got the status message 'Not Paid' after I confirmed it with my bank. I also received an confirmation email saying my order had been received.

I was just wondering if my order had gone through properly and I will be charged once the item is back in stock or if I would have to re-order again.

No one here other than staff (who'll you will more likely get a response from using the above links) can give you an answer for sure - OcUK normally take your money when the order goes through for a pre-order but if something is out of stock with an ETA it can be more complicated.

I've found sometimes OcUK trips Visa's anti-fraud stuff where most other places don't so it is possible it is something like that.
