order still not received?

Hi,

I wouldn't expect a Friday afternoon order to reach you until at lest Tuesday/Wednesday.

You take a gamble posting Customer Service related threads in the General Hardware area. Typically, shop staff don't browse the forums during the working day as they are busy dealing with customer orders ;) You're best bet is to leave a message in the CS forums or give them a call when you can...

I have PMd 5Ub on your behalf but please bear this in mind in future :)
 
Yea OP you have to bare in mind that DPD usually won't pick things up until Monday if you missed the Friday cut-off time, so it's normal to expect Tuesday ~ Wednesday for delivery.
 
All sorted - great recovery from OCUK - turned out the board was OOS! not the PSU. which is good. Asked if I'd like an alternative board, I did'nt have any extra to spend on a board so they exchanged it for a b grade asus p8z68 v lx, bit more expensive but took the price difference off. Also swapped the CPU for a 1tb hard drive for an extra £14, will be getting an i5 in a week anyway for it.
Thanks OCUK, nice recovery and saved me a lot of hassle!

this isn't for me, its a xmas present. I have a 3930k. I am building a budget pc for my brother for christmas, with the remains of my november wages.
