I placed an order online, now my details are correct, and the payment has been removed though it's not showing by who just that it's gone.

I apologise for any inconvenience caused but we have received a notification from our Bank to let us know that when we processed your payment the details submitted did not match with the details held on record with your card issuer, and the payment was suspended.
Your order is still on hold, could you please confirm the billing address you used and also let me know if the card is registered to this address?
