Yo,

Basically after a night of clicking with OSX after 2 years lol I have ordered a mac mini to compliment my macbook.

Now, I don't have enough desk space for two keyboards as I still need my windows games machine, for well Arma2 :p

So, I can either buy a usb switch box for £25 I saw in my local competitors shop, or I can buy the £25 apple wired keyboard and rest it on top of my centre speaker of my 5.1 when not in use, then plug my G5 mouse into what ever computer I am using.

Seems a faf, but I will have a proper apple keyboard.

The Apple blutooth one is £50  and I still would need to buy a blutooth mouse!

The blutooth apple KB would be nice as I can store it in my cupboard when not in use, but it's like £50, for a keyboard :/

depends if you like tiny weeny keys, or if you have large fingers like me, you might be suited to the G15/G11 ect?

I personally prefer the feel of the G11, And the looks. The Ally keyboard is a bit to sexy for me!

Go for a KVM if you don't use both PC's at the same time!

Yeh I don't use them at the same time, well not in the sense of literally at the same time as I would need to more hands :p

The only annoyance with my windows keyboard is that the " and @ and £ are all wrong.

Also I get confused which one of ctrl, windows button and alt are the apple keyboard equivalnce hehe..

Obvious question but do you actually need a keyboard for the mini at all? It depends what you're using it for.

My mini is a server for AV/Storage and as such I don't bother with a screen an keyboard. I use VNC to connect to it? Rarely need to plug into it physically.

Yeh I will need a keyboard and mouse as it's going to be my office, internet, e-mail, video and photo editor.

I just invested in a Logitech Dinovo Mac Edition Keyboard. I owned the original mac keyboard and TOTALLY recommend you get the Dinovo Mac keyboard. Apple just don't know how to make good keyboards or mice IMHO.

It's double the price

Think I'm gonna buy a wired apple keyboard, it's £25. Seen photo's of people plugging USB dongles in the side of it for their mice. This is great because I already have a wireless USB adapter mouse lying around :D
