Ordered a mobile phone, and received only the package.

Man, you're patient. I would have gone ballistic after seeing the empty package and all hell would break loose from that point on.

Something similiar happened with my brother. Payed for a Iphone on the net but the guy sent him a empty box. He went down the police station and opened it there with the lady for proof.

He filed a police complaint and also found his profile page on facebook and he quickly prompted a refund.

Take it up with the company you ordered it from not the delivery company. If you don't get satisfaction from them; challenge the payment through your bank/credit card/however you paid.

Being patient, civil and good doesn't get you anywhere nowadays unfortunately. Maybe threatening them that l will buy simplyelectronicsthieves.org and promise them it will show up after their online store on google will get their attention.

It's simplyelectronics.net. Damn them! May they all drown in lakes of blood.

Oh hell... I had a near miss with them a few years ago. I was after a Pioneer AV amp, one of the latest models, they offered it but in a gold colour as well as the normal silver, I ordered one but then the alarm bells rang so I checked with Pioneer UK who told me the amp I wanted was only available from authorised premier dealers and no one else. It seems that they were offering grey imports, the gold ones, and did not have any silver so they would have sent out an amp with no UK or europe warranty. It took ages to get the refund.

Call them/email them and tell them you want a full refund within 7 days or you will be starting a chargeback with them.

You have been more than patient with them - if nothing is received within 7 days start your charge back immediately through your bank (or paypal etc etc etc).

You noticed the package was tampered with when collecting, and you didn't check it? :/

I've ordered from simplyelectronics.net and the item came exactly as described :). It was grey stock I believe (not intended for the UK but they imported it) but was a couple of hundred pounds cheaper than anywhere else.
