List of options we have had

- 3 in one tap with hot water tank for instant boiled water
- Ceramic Sink
- Quartz polished black tiles with sparkle effect for the floor
- Wall tiles - shiny brick style in size.

This is the tile but in cream to match the cupbaord. (tiles are not shown on the renders)

that tap does look quite tall, the 3d render program they have doesnt change the model used for the different taps they stock.

The tap we have ordered is £584.11 haha. But that includes the heating element and tank under the sink.

I do have one question for the forums.

The quoter suggested not to use their LED light install, as the price is crazy high and suggested doing it myself. I thought it was nice and honest of him, and after he showed me the prices available I agreed.

What is the best way to get LED strips under all the wall cabinets? I do not want them plugged into sockets on the walls between the cabinets and the counter tops. How else can I do it? most LED strips need an adapter from 230v to 12v. No idea how to wire it up etc though. I dont want to see a single wire.

I also want to have the LED strips on the under side of the doors to the lower cupboard too.
