Hi,

I need some advice.

I ordered these flowers in luxury size.

Small size:

Here is what I received:

Would you say this is the right size? It looks like I got the small size. I contacted support and this is what they said:

”Having reviewed the photograph you have been kind enough to provide, we are pleased to see that these flowers are fresh, have met the colour scheme of the advertised product and are to value.

Unfortunately, on this occasion we are unable to pursue your complaint”

Thoughts?

how do I make the images appear smaller?

The main difference I can see:

Small:

1 rose shown in the pic

Luxury:

4 roses shown in the pic

What I received:

2 roses

Yes, this is what they said:

“Due to the seasonality and availability of certain stems, we allow our florists to operate a substitution policy, so we can make sure your gift arrives on time with no disruptions, this is mentioned on our website prior to you making your purchase.

It might mean that the bouquet you receive may look slightly different to that pictured. But please be assured those substitutions are only made where absolutely necessary from our florists' best selection, and will closely resemble the colour scheme and value of your chosen bouquet, so it will be as equally beautiful!”

Paid via a Visa Credit Card.

I reached out to them in regards to the missing roses and what was substituted but they still give me this canned response.

“We do allow for a degree of substitutions for the arrangements we offer on our website, as long as the bouquet retains the key stems and the advertised colour scheme.

However, the item you have chosen is one of our florist choice bouquets in the advertised colour scheme. The image on the website is for illustration purposes only, reading:

"Our florists may substitute flowers and sundries for a suitable alternative, similar in style, quality and value depending on availability"

That being said, we would expect the flowers received to fit this description and be of good quality. On this occasion I can see that our florist has followed our policy.”
