Ordered for my first build!

Ordered the parts for my first build yesterday, I ordered them at 12:30, so DPD should have them to me for tomorrow (Monday) morning right?

Anyway, I'm making this thread to post Pics of my build and to ask for any help if I need it tomorrow.

If everything was in stock when ordered then it should arrive tomorrow

and that is a great spec for the money.

Presumably you will have had a confirmation e-mail if the order has been shipped?

It went up to £560 as I replaced the SeaGate Barracueda (however you spell it) with the Windows 7 OEM bundle. This is because I discovered Software4Students only do upgrades, not retail versions, and I only have one copy of Windows (Vista) on my laptop which I need.

I got the confirmation of shipment at 2:30 yesterday.

Ta for all your help, my Dad decided to give me the money after all.

You do know that you can use the Software4Students upgrade ver. for a fresh install? I did that with my copy of Win 7 Pro. I had to install once, install over that and do a registry modification.

Just got my stuff. DPD deleivered it bag on time, props to them. Will post pics later on tonight and I may build. It depends.

First question! There are spongy meshy bits on my brive bay covers, should i take them off, they're quite thin and tear when i try and take them off.

The one on the top practically fell off when i opened the case, what shoud i do, try and glue it back into place?

when you say top of the case, please be more detailed.

at the very top on the roof? or the top drive bay cover as you mentioned in your post above?

Dont use glue, you will make a mess and **** everything up.

AND not blurry pics either, if your using a mobile phone, keep your arms and hands steady to stop the shake.

How does it look like it was held in place? is there remains of what looks like hot glue? or like the drive bay filters, is there little metal tabs folded over and holding the filter in place?
