Ordered online but heard nothing! What can I do?

Not sure if I should post this here but well close it if you may.

I ordered something online from another etailer (for once) as ocuk didn't have the product i'm after. When i viewed the product online it said it was in stock and that's the reason I ordered from there. I ordered on the 27th of Dec and heard nothing up until the 6th so I sent a email to the company asking for any information, and again on the 10th yet nothing, i'd ring them but they have no number on their website!

I used google checkout and my HSBC mastercard, is there anything I can do to get my moneyback/cancel my order and place my order with a better more trusted company as I don't want these guys getting my money even if they finally dispatch the order i'll just return it. I hate bad customer service.
 
Yeah ring your bank if the money has been taken out say its a fruadulant transaction.

before you contact your bank, email the etailer informing them that your cancelling the order, & that should they despatch it you will refuse to accept the delivery. once you've done that then contact your bank & cancel the transaction.
 
I don't think they're a fraudulent company just a extremely crap one lol. I'm sure i'd get it eventually but I don't have the patience and time to deal with a company like this, if I was to go down this route I wouldn't have any negatives against my bank account? If they try and reclaim the money and send the product. I'll ring my bank soon anyways maybe they could explain better thanks very much mate.
