It is fine, it is a PSU and will power a reasonable system. There are better PSUs out there but they also cost more, as Explicit says why would you want to cancel?

Well, yes, you have a statutory right to cancel within seven days under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Sparkle used to be one of the better made supplies years ago,before the likes of tagan came on the scene so it should be fine.
