Ordering boo-boo, when are customer services working again?

I am getting back into the PC game and ordered some bits today from OCUK.

It appears in my absence my account details had been wiped, not complaining, it's a nice security feature. But this meant it didn't have any of my contact details stored.

So, during the order process it asked for "street" in the address field. I filled it in and didn't think it actually meant house number and street.

It was only once I had completed the order did I notice a lack of house number on the address (same for the billing address, but that completed ok).

I immediately raised a ticket via the order section of the website, but I am now worried that it won't get fixed and it will go out and not get delivered, or worse, get delivered to some random house on the street.

Does anyone know when customer services will be open, or if they are picking up tickets but not the phones at all?

Hi, I live next door to you, I bet you didn't realise on these forums as well?

I'm not sure about your issue, but guess this stuff can happen as I've randomly had a bunch of PC components turn up out of the blue.

I figured I'll just keep them for a little while and see if I hear anything.

CS should be open Tuesday morning I think as it's a bank holiday.
I suspect the address issue will get caught automatically when the order is processed/packed but if you've sent a webnote in via the contact form on the site it should be looked at when the shop staff are back in.
