Ok lads after taking some suggestions from this site and others ive decided to go with this build.

Its a gaming build built to last with some minor overclocking in mind. As i said the build is pretty much complete but some last minute add on or moddifactions wouldnt hurt. Thanks for anyhelp you can give

Would personally go for the Seagate 7200.10 hard-drives instead - they're offering the best performance this side of a Raptor at the moment. Excellent warranties and reliability too.

Any reason for XP Pro?

Change the Ram to:

GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit (GX22GB6400UDC) (MY-058-GL)
Price: £124.95 (£146.82 Including VAT at 17.5%)

I would also change the DVDRW to:
NEC ND4570 16x16 DVD±RW Dual Layer ReWriter (Black) - OEM (CD-030-NE)
Price: £21.95 (£25.79 Including VAT at 17.5%)

and just because i hate thermaltake cases after owning one i would go with a:
Lian-Li PC-7 PLUS Black Aluminium Midi-Tower Case (No PSU) (CA-054-LL)
Price: £48.95 (£57.52 Including VAT at 17.5%)

or

Akasa Eclipse 62 Aluminium Case - No PSU (CA-005-AK)
Price: £69.95 (£82.19 Including VAT at 17.5%)

Thats just my opinion, if your set on that case then by all means go for it.

Ok thxs guys making the changes now

No real reason for xp pro other than the fact im using it now and gotten used to it..... dont ask y im buying another one...... damn updates :)

Ok ive changed the ram and dvd as mentioned i really like the case to be honest so i stick with it also why did you recommend the ram change.

Also the OC is going to be very minor at best i wnt this system to last a while

Well you can always save yourself the difference by going with Home Edition. Other than domain, networking and security features, it's no different.

Nice spec though. :)
