Has anyone here ordered a guitar online and what have your experiences been?

I'm slightly concerned that stores might sell the kit that people wouldn't buy in the shop.

I'm aware of distance selling regulations, but the carriage costs to return a guitar 'cause of a B string buzzing like a sitar or a poor setup, maybe too much hassle IMO.

Also, I've noticed they're near enough to me to make it worthwhile actually visiting the shop.

Can I ask why didn't you get a refund and purchase the DV8R elsewhere if they couldn't get a replacement?
