Ordering new GPU's

As some of us are married/living together and need to explain to the better half why and how much it is, I thought I would give a small demonstration of me and the wife when I order new parts

I will use me, my wife and Titan as an example....

Me researching Titan

And then me seeing the reported specs and performance of Titan

I then progress to tell the wife how much it will cost

and of course I tell her...

Her reaction to what I have explained and why the price is so expensive

I then usualy pull a face like this and tell her....

Which results in this.

After I stop crying, I go back to my computer and buy it any way

and when she see's the credit card bill

So yer, a nice simple way in my house for buying new computer parts.....

Anybody else have the same simple way like me or is it harder?

Would I be right in thinking that your better half does not read this forum.

I showed her what I put She has a good sense of humour like me and black eyes don't last long

Bloody i wish i was rich, i'd be behind you in the queue for two of these cards too then.

I doubt I will be getting 2 from the off bud. If priced within my budget, then sure but I have a feeling I will be getting just the one for now and another in 2 months time.
