Ordering new graphics card. Help please

Well im ordering my new graphics card for my gaming machine, will be going sli in the future but not just yet as budget is tight. I have around £160 too spend.

Im stuck on which out of the 2 ive chosen to order. Any help please. I think the point of view one is slightly better appart from the ram. But it is running at a faster speed.

Opinions please though.
