I'm stuck here :o

Trying to decide between the BenQ XL2420T for £270 and the new Iiyama 27" 120hz monitor for £330 with £20 cash back from Iiyama, I need to order one tonight as my old monitor is sold

The Benq is a fair bit cheaper but I like the idea of 27" however I dont really watch films anymore on my PC, its just for games and I do sit quite close however I dont like the red on the Benq and prefer the looks of the Iiyama although thats not that important

I currently have a 22" screen 1680x1050 but I'm finding it to small and want 1080 resolution

Which should I get? Is the Benq after service as good Iiyamas? Theres loads of positive reviews for the Benq but no reviews for the Iiyama

Still not made my mind up, the Benq seems over complicated and gimmicky messing around with the settings for each game and that weird little mouse thing just seems a bit daft to me but the price is attractive, argh

Yeah but then you have that silly little mouse type thing knocking around on the desk thats not doing anything and I read they are a bit of a nightmare to configure, would rather something be setup for gaming out of the box

Throwing the 700D into the mix now, just because of the offer, thought these didnt have DVI? Anyone know what the 700D is like out of the box in terms of settings? Glossy screen and the small size puts me off but its a hell of a lot better looking than the Benq

Ok, the room is quite dark but I have mirrors just a couple of feet behind the screen and a window

I've experienced Asus glossy screens before and couldnt stand it so I'm a bit wary

Still not bought anything, PC looks weird without a monitor not to mention I'm missing it!

Buying a monitor is so difficult! What to get, will it have dead pixels, will it be too glossy, big enough, out of date in 5 minutes etc etc etc
