I plan on ordering and paying for my new monitor online but going directly to the store to collect it. If for any reason I'm not happy with the monitor, because I've collected it in store would I still be covered by DSR?

Cheers

Question, is the store in question somewhere where you can physically view the product? Such as PC World etc?

I would assume that if that is the case the DSR would not apply.

This will be done with OcUK and I'm sure they don't have these monitors on display.

I just thought I would be covered because I have actually ordered and payed for the products online?

you will be fine. my mate bought a very expensive monitor from ocuk (over £300) and when he got home he realised he didnt have the correct output from his gpu to his nice new monitor. went back to ocuk next day and told them that he hadnt done his homework properly and they allowed him to have a refund and he then purchased a different monitor.

A straight forward return is slightly different to a DSR style return.
AFAIK No DSR does not apply if you pickup the item in person, you could ask them to show you the monitor before hand, may even have it on display. IANAL
