Ordering stuff via a proxy like Zend2?

I need to buy a plugin which directs me to a payment site, which then hammers me with an additional euro vat.

I was thinking of using zend2 to mask my ip, therefore hopefully getting the non taxed rate.

Would I be daft doing this? Sending my details via a proxy like zend2?

Any advice appreciated.

Yeah a payment site, avangate? I guess it'll be a serial number I'm sent via the original company.

I think I might wuss out. It's only because I'm so so skint right now that I'm even contemplating it. Having no money sucks.
