Ordering this 37" and dvd player - best bet?

im about to order the following, is this the best for the money you guys think?

LG RZ37LZ55 37'' HD Ready LCD TV with XD Engine Technology
Toshiba SD-360 upscaler DVD player

total price ex delivery but including VAT is £978

By all accounts that Toshiba isnt that good.

I was advised to steer clear & get a Sony DVPNS76H instead & I cant say I'm sorry I did

Can be had online Multi Region for about £100 delivered it is a tad more expensive than the Tosh but worth the extra from what I can gather.
