I can't see any obvious problems there, you could perhaps drop the AS5 since the Arctic Freezer 7 Pro comes with MX-2 pre-applied and it is arguably as good or even better than the AS5 anyway.

agreed.......I also like to buy a seperate Power Supply but have nothing to sat about the one you have.
