Ordering two graphics cards is not allowed, but what about Two different graphics cards?

I think this is a fair question which deserves an official answer before the launch of the RTX3070.

If someone is in the queue for an RTX3080 and is facing a potentially long wait, are they allowed to also order an RTX3070 in the hope that one will arrive before the other?

What stops you creating multiple accounts using different payment cards and/or delivery addresses though? Just do that surely.

I think it also needs answering before a big navi launch as I foresee a lot of people happy to switch if the performance in on par with Nvidias line up. By that time people still waiting are going to be fully fed up of the queue situation and may want to queue twice to eliminate the risk of straight up swapping.

I asked a very similar question via webnote earlier this week, and was told two different families of card are fine (I now have both a 3080 and a 3090 on separate orders on my account).

What if you want one, and you also have a friend with a birthday coming up?
What if you have two children?
I presume this does not apply to 3090 orders? How are you supposed to make use of SLI, a feature deliberately included on this card and a main selling point, with only one of them?

Asking for a friend...
