Hi, anyone here got a clock or clock radio by Oregon Scietific please? It should pick up a time signal being broadcast to keep the date and time accurate. Mine isn't doing so. I noticed whilst setting things manually that it also asks for a time zone. Choices are between -12 through to 12. Mine is set to zero at the moment and think that could be why it's not picking up a time signal. I know zero isn't right as it shows the first two characters of the days of the week wrong for english. It's an old clock that I don't have instructions for so just wondered if any of you might know.

Mine isnt showing the radiowaves symbols emitting from the mast, if you know what I mean lol but the time is bang on atm. I would have thought zero would have been the correct option as I take it you are in England?

Mine wasn't either but I removed and refitted the batteries, moved it around and then saw the waves emitting from the mast momentarily, still didn't set the time though. Therefore I unplugged it and moved it to a different room and at some point today it has now set itself. Bit odd because never had to do that before, it has always picked up a signal for the past umpteen years in its original spot, the radio was ok so I thought everything else must be. Still it has sorted itself now that's the main thing.
