So it appears that if you have a folder set to organise contents by date modified then it won't show the subfolders at the top unless set to order oldest first. Am I doing something wrong or is this is an OSX level of fail?
On previous versions I could set it to order by date with newest first and it would still display subfolders before files (also newest first).
