Origin account gone

As the title says, after years of using my account via email, i've logged on today and everything including my Battlelog account has simply been reset.

I had to create a new account, it accepted my email address and said its not been used, along with my used name. EA support are absolutely no help what so ever . Guy said he's escalating to the phone support and had no call back!

Absolutely gutted... Have no idea what to do, cant find any of my old codes or where i bought my games from!

Any advice?

Actually just checked greenman gaming and it says the following:

Battlefield 4 Pre-purchase Download No keys available for this game.
SimCity Limited Edition Download No keys available for this game.
Battlefield 3: Limited Edition Download No keys available for this game.

Same boat as this guy, will have to try and contact their retarded help desk tomorrow

Right I'm back in my account, the little Russian ***** tried to get back in as I've since had a text with an EA confirmation code.

However, I've lost all my games and they've left me BF3... The sods!

Also I've noticed my Battlelog account has lost all my activity... Quite gutted about that tbh! The EA security team said all my games were there and when I kept saying they weren't ... she "faked" the connection line problem!

I have no idea where they've gone. I've clicked on show hidden games, all games. All have just gone!

HOWEVER. I messaged Greenmangaming for the keys, but they've said for some reason they were never sent to me? I have no idea how this happened. But I think I'm getting a full refund.

EA help are a complete pile of ****... I've given up, 3 calls, 3 times a technical issue with the phone has meant the call has disconnected or she hasn't been able to hear me!

I'm done, most of my settings are in Russian, despite EA setting it as English... They swear the games were never on my account.

My order history is beyond comprehension, there's all my orders, but they simply say "Place Holders".

My Battlelog account has friends which i've not added and a small rank on BF3... So maybe used to hack.

I'm done with that account.. After 10 years, i just dont trust it. If i've been PB banned (which i dont think i have) then i carry that stigma, so i'm leaving it completely!!

I was the victim of account hacking, i didn't put dual layer security on (my fault)... Lost everything, couldn't find my games, stats, friends..... anything. EA. Help were telling me all my games were there, but they simply weren't. They had been linked to another account which i had no idea about.

After 10 years with that account, from BF1942 up to BF4... I gave up, i just didn't trust the account!

UNTIL Braddock512 took a look, he saw the problem instantly, talked me through each step, changing user names and emails... and then BANG, logged back in, there they were... All my games, all the premium packages, even MoH .... Whats more he re-linked my stats and history!

So mate.... I cant honestly thank you enough!!

Dual security via text message now installed and mix of password characters!

EA.Help take note! THAT IS HOW ITS DONE!
