Origin - how do I stop it loading up with Windows?

As title, I can't find the option to disable this anywhere. I don't like Origin very much

Guessing registry edit or remove from start up folder if present, if that fails.

Try msconfig in run and remove it from start up.

Just checked, msconfig lists it and you can disable it there

autoruns will allow you to completely control what starts when you login, it is much easier to use that msconfig or bodging the registry.

There was an option during install, or in the settings, I remember seeing it fairly clearly.

Hmm mine doesn't start at launch... maybe it was a choice when installing the client?

Odd thing to leave out of settings though.

In the general tab of the settings scroll down and it's there near the bottom.

You are indeed correct, I just hadn't scrolled down

The scroll bar should really be a different colour!

You can turn it off in the Origin settings, same as you do with Steam.

Yeah I failed to see the scroll bar at first as well, not very clear at all.

Best order to try and remove programs at startup:

Find in program menu options itself > Uncheck it in Autoruns > Uncheck it in MSconfig (Autoruns is safer to use than MSconfig http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=149804)
