Origin Keeps crashing

Just got a brand new system, went to install origin... loaded it up and while the dial is going around as it loads the list of my friends. It crashes

Why?, never used one before on my Q6600 system for three years. It's a brand new system

Still doing it now on full format, if I disable chat origin works as soon as I enable it origin crashes

in task manager, process tab right click origin.exe and select affinity. just tick cpu1 and origin wont crash.

Seems to a problem for some, Origin sux

Works with this method , but why!
