Left their service at the start of the year after being with them 2 months due to having no end of trouble with them and Netflix streaming issues (wouldn't go higher than 480), after a month of daily phone calls and getting no where fast, I finally got them to cancel service as they claimed it was a fault at the exchange and they couldn't resolve it in a timely fashion.
Getting hold of Technical support took on average over a hour most nights and they appear to have disabled their live chat system so you can only call them now which is a divert to someones mobile if not in office hours.
