Origin problem cannot find updatetool.exe?

I keep getting this error message when I boot up my computer after the most recent origin update. I've read the way to fix it is to re-install origin, but won't that mean I have to download bf3 again...

I wouldn't have thought you would need to re-download it, it might want to re-install though.
