Origin Problems : Can't input on login screen

Hey all.

Just trying to log into Origin. The Window appears but I cannot input any information. This is right after it updated.

I have tried,

1, killing it in task manager & reopening
2, restating computer completely
3, waiting a really long time in case it is still trying to update
4, changing the resolution as mentioned in another thread
5, deleted and reinstalled Origin, same problem (restarted windows inbetween)
6, Tried adding origin.exe to windows firewall exeptions

Nothing is working.

Any hints or tips? I have posted this on the origin forums but I don't really expect anything back from that dark corner if the internet.

Seconds after I posted this, pressing tab worked for getting focus on the text boxes.

This means origin does not like me clicking on things with my mouse.

This is also a problem in the origin main menu, but I can launch the games directly now I am logged in and bypass the steaming pile of origin completely.
