Origin sales everything under £5 on selectable games!!!

I think EA's biggest issue is the left hand never knows that the right is doing. They constantly contradict themselves and generally annoy people because nobody is paying attention to the mad stuff the legal dept. is doing.

It's not going to make me go on some kind of high-horse moral crusade against them. If I want one of their games, and it's cheap, bought.

Unfortunately I have to have Origin to play BF3, it annoys the hell out of me but for as long as BF3 is Origin exclusive then I have no choice.

Other than that, EA and its dog ugly child Origin can go **** themselves.

People often confuse individual complaints as if it came from a single source and thus being repeated. The reason you hear it all the time is people legitimately and rightly have issue and concern about practices and methods by certain people. If nobody said anything, including reviewers and news outlets then the world would be a different place, this is not just exclusive to EA or Origin. We shouldn't surpress people wanting to do that. If entities want to behave as they do, expect the observers and users to say something about it.

Like I said though, I don't care enough, I use it.. it runs without issue, click, play game.
I do have issue with it (origin) thinking I'm Ireland and having no support for people from Jersey since it started and I'd rather not use a proxy.

Just picked up Dragon Age 2 from the sale, I know it's not supposed to be as good as Origins, but for a fiver you can't go too wrong! Biggest Issue I have with Origin as a platform is that I have BF3 on my ssd and origin only lets me install stuff on the ssd because that's where it's installed. I wished it game me a choice of where to install stuff like steam does, as Crysis 2, Dragon Age 2 and Shift 2 don't really need to be on my ssd taking up space :(

What's wrong with Origin exactly? - Never had one issue.

I got Alan Wake for a fiver. Nice. Be good to finally play this as it was one of the games in development when I built my last PC in 2007...

Alan wake, bargain for a fiver mate...

Had it for the 360 then bought it again at full price for the pc..

Did you get the writer expansion with it as well?
