Origin transaction help

I am a bit annoyed with Origin, I purchased EURO 2012 addon for Fifa 12 which was £7.99, then when I tried to play it, it redirected me back to the store. I thought the transaction may have failed the first time so I tried again. Now they have charged me twice for the one game. How can I get my money for one copy?

Ive found the Origin / EA help page extremely frustrating to use, took me forever to work it out, and when i did, took them days to get back to me.

Hope you get it sorted OP.

Indeed it will be the last time I buy from Origin. Shame because I was looking forward to Fifa 13. At least it isn't too much money lost, I don't expect to get it back as I did this transaction a few weeks ago and only just realized my account went overdrawn.

I was able to contact them, they said you can't refund a purchase over a month. As I purchased it one month ago to this day, I said I purchased it at a later time so it hasn't been a complete month technically, so he said a senior support person will contact my by email. Will be lucky if I can get the money back but might as well try.
