I have just installed Origin after a while of not using it.

I have no games in my 'My Games' list. It's acting as if I don't own any games. I cannot contact EA as the 'Contact Us' links just time out.

Anyone else ever had this?

Thanks!

It's probably because the Battlefield Hardline Beta just went live and Origin is getting hammered.

I would like to think that it'll return to its normal self tomorrow.

That is odd. I take it you are using your old log in details? Last time I reinstalled it, it even added the EA titles that I own on Steam.

From whats being said Origin is being pounded for beta access so I'm guessing the account access and support links are timing out cause the system is getting hammered.

I doubt you've been as stupid as I was when I installed Origin on my new PC a few months ago and saw no games, turned out I had 2 accounts without realising and had logged into the empty one.

I'll add this to the list of reasons why I hate these stupid services, no access to the products I own, nice :p

It's also particularly lovely when you have two of them for the same game, doing the same damn thing.

I'm looking at you Rockstar and Ubisoft.

I hope they've came backfor you now. I had the same issue, didn't log into origin fir ages then logged in last night to get hardline beta and noticed all my games had gone! Logged in two hours later and they were back along with a box for hardline.

When BF4 beta came out I reinstalled Origin after not using it for years and none of my games were on there either, seems somewhere along the line my account has become splintered into 2 sections an EA account that my old games are registered to and a seperate account for Origin (that has BF4 registered on) - long story short I never found a way to satisfactorily resolve it and it wasn't worth my time putting any more effort into getting it sorted for games I'll never even play again most likely :S

I have 5 accounts with Ubisoft, 2/3 with EA and 3 with steam (though the others are just for actual reasons)

Beat that...:(
