Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone can provide some insight into my problem here, Been having this issue for around 5 months now and just seems un-fixable.

Currently with Sky broadband.

The issue I am currently faced with is this:

I have never had this problem before I moved back home, and both myself and my brother cannot figure out what is going on.

Current internet setup is our main router is the Sky provided hub, not the old sagem ones but a newer slightly chunkier one. looks like this:

as well as a router in my room which is a Linksys EA-4500/4600 just running as a switch as I have two computers that need an internet connection.

Does any body have any advice? I can't post in the EA/Origin forums, it wont let me even register, as soon as I click the 'Register' button it simply reloads the page, or the sign in page, most of the time the pages wont even load or don't load properly.

I am not having any issues with any other sites other than the Origin/EA ones. Can't even contact ea using there web-form as it simply wont load.

I have uninstalled and cleared out origin probably 10/15 times and followed the 'proxy' settings they have posted before that doesn't solve the issue.

Tried changing and stopping antivirus and have now switched to bit-defender which has not changed the situation (previously avast).

Have also tried the sky router in DMZ mode, has no effect.
Any thoughts on where to go next?

Can a mate bring round a pc/laptop so you can do some testing?
See if he can logon using your BB or maybe take your pc to his house to try and logon there?

Switched DNS and found nothing.

Decided to reset the router and now it wont re-connect. -.-

Sitting on the phone to Sky support now to figure out why its not re-connecting to broadband

It could be because both of you are playing the same from behind a router (particularly bad generic bundled ones). I seen a similar issue for a game client when two people were trying to play the same game getting odd behaviour.

Is there any port forwarding set up?
