I bought Far Cry 1, 2, and 3 from GameStop when they mistakenly sold it for a fiver, but I'm having massive problems with the first game already, and a quick Google shows that I'm not alone!
I'm about 10 or 15 minutes into the game, driving a Humvee thingy, I go up over the brow of a hill, saving comes up in the middle of the screen, the whole game freezes for 30 seconds, then crashes back to the desktop.
I've tried running in compatibility mode as suggested in a few places, but it makes no difference, anyone know of anything that works? Cheers.
