Original Splinter Cell Work On W7x64?

Can anyone tell me if the original Splinter Cell and also Double Agent works on W7x64?

I have played the rest but missed these two and they are quite cheap on Steam today only.

i've run several old games on w7 {ultimate} i just right click on the launch icon and select trouble shoot before playing. windows then runs the game in the best compatibility mode. currently playing titan quest immortal throne after reading reviews on here. great game.
