Click on the Trust of the person you want to send it to. You'll then have to re-login. Then you probably need to go back and click on their Trust button again. After this, you can click "send a message" and it'll give you a form to fill in to send an email to the person.

You can probably get RL cash for them. Check out ebay - I'm sure some people must have put keys on there.
