Original Xbox Support Hold-music, can anyone remember the name of the song?

I heard a song this morning as I was driving to town (not from my car) and it was the same song that used to play on the original xbox support help line, way back in 2002/2003.

It's electronic chill out, either with a name beginning with D or the artist beginning with D. Was not an english name.

Can anyone remember what it's called? It's quite well known but for the life of me I can't find it! :(
 
Firsdt search on Google brings this

So, again I'm on the phone with Xbox Live support today, will save that for when the whole issue gets handled, but the guy puts me on hold.....
then I catch The halo theme (mjolinir remix) and it cheered me right up. Then followed some jazz followed by Heretic, Hero.

I gotta say, they make me mad, but XBL support knows how to not make me rage quit the phone.

Nope, definitely wasn't anything to do with halo. This was in the beginning before halo 2 was even out.
It wasn't a song associated with games at all. Like I said, electronic chill out. I'm sure you'd like it when I find it, it's a nice track. Thanks anyway. :)

If it helps I think the artist might have been french...

Edit - Ah, found it. It was french but the name didn't begin with D, it just had a D in it.
