My system runs stable on 210 FSB but i cant even get 215 fsb which is an 8% overclock! i have upped the voltage on my cpu from 1,500 to 1,650 and the next higher step that my mobo enables me is 1750 WHICH IS THE MAX setting so i am scared to go any higher,

Here is a screenshot i got with the error and my current setup,

Setup:
AMD 4000+
2GIG PC 3200 Corsair 3-3-3-8-11
GIGABYTE GA K8NXP-SLI
X850 XT PE (480/621)
POWER SUPPLY IMPORTANT CHECK PLEASE, (Thermaltake butterfly 480w)

I read a few posts ago about my 12v being crap and in the everested screenshot is that high for my PSU? is it dangerous?

I did not get error when running 210FSB?
Also i cant set the memory 1xxmhz its done by 2/1 2/2 2/1.5 etc

Temps are low 40's, Voltage is 1,500 can i up it to 1,550? is it safe etc? HELP ME OC PLEASE!

it only lets me bump up voltage in increments of .25 so 1,500 goes 1,525 and so on, The other voltages i can increase are .1 .2 .3 i think or something like that northbridge voltage?

Upped the voltage from 1.500 to 1.550! ? it takes 26seconds, so should i up it more? temps are 48ish
