Orthos error help?

Just changed my RAM timings to 4-4-4-12 @ 930MHz from 5-5-5-15 and ran orthos and prime (at different times) and within one minute get this error:

Test 1, 4000 Lucas-Lehmer iterations of M19922945 using 1024K FFT length.
FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.5, expected less than 0.4
Hardware failure detected, consult stress.txt file.
Torture Test ran 0 minutes 20 seconds - 1 errors, 0 warnings.
Execution halted.

Is this because of the RAM? Running it at 2.2v and MCH +0.1v, would this be more stable at +0.2v?

It might make it more stable, also increasing your RAM voltage might work (watch temps).
