Orthos error

Orthos is currently failing for me roughly after 12 minutes, settings are as follows.

CPU 333 x 9
Mem 416MHz @ 2.15v
CPU 1.3625v
PCI-E 101 MHz
PCI Clock 33.33 MHz

RAM 4, 4, 4, 12 35 2T.

I have also ran Memtest and there were no errors through 2 full passes.

Do you think Orthos fails due to the CPU or RAM or a combination of both?

I have upped the vcore to 1.3750 and Orthos ran for 24 minutes before there was an error.

This morning I have just tried 375 x 8 and Orthos ran for 1h 6m before it failed.

Everything else as above.

NB and SB are Auto.

I have been running at 1.4v for the past 3 hours and Orthos is still running with no errors.

I am now stable at 8 x 380 with the vCore at 1.4125
